"Upon arrival you’re driven on the golf cart to the top of a rainforest. If you watch carefully you can spot sloths, monkeys, and amazing birds. Our villa was the perfect arrangement for our family and gave us a great place to relax. The master balcony had morning closeup vies if a sweet Scarlet McCaw couple. "We had a great time staying at the resort for 4 nights! Being within walking distance from the beach and from most shopping on Pastor Diaz Ave was ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and we definitely enjoyed how they did a different theme every night. Having Alsama Tours on-site to coordinate activities was great as well. Thank you!"

"Stayed with my family including two teen boys. The hotel was fantastic! All the staff were very accommodating and helpful. We arrived over 2 hours before check-in with the hope of using the laundry facilities. Even though we were very early Jose said our room was ready and allowed us to check in early. They do not have a laundry room, but they offer laundry services. We had the laundry picked up and dropped off quite promptly. They offer a free morning nature walk through the hanging bridges...
