"Room was clean. My only complaint was that my room was near the door so everytime someone opened the door to the stairs, the banging would wake me up. Really wish they had an elevator. As a senior citizen taking luggage up and down the stairs was a drawback, even though they did ask if I needed help. Would like a first floor option when checking in. Forgot that they did not have an elevator."

Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point."

"My friend slipped and fell in our room because they had shampooed our carpet just that day and didn’t tell the night desk clerk. We didn’t realize that’s what made her fall till we took our shoes off and had soaked socks from walking on the carpet. Went and reported the fall and the wet carpet to the desk clerk who said she had no idea they had been shampooed. She apologized asked if my friend was ok and said she would report the issue and incident to her GM for the morning. No offer to switch...
