Absolutely unacceptable experience with Hotel Grand Resort booked via Expedia (through Go Room Go).
Despite having a confirmed reservation in their name, the hotel blatantly refused check-in saying they were sold out. Even worse, they refused to take any responsibility and simply pushed the blame onto the vendor. This is completely unprofessional—if a booking is under their property, it is their duty to honor it or arrange a proper solution.
After driving all the way from Vizianagaram with my family, we were left stranded and forced into a substandard alternative at Golden Wave Premium Hotel, which made the situation even worse.
This shows total mismanagement, zero accountability, and complete disregard for guests. I demand a full refund and compensation. Avoid this hotel at all costs—they do not honor bookings and do not take responsibility.
