"Very pleased that i got a free upgrade for using hotels.com. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure as single female traveller. Hotel is conveniently located. My personal feedback for improvement is for the hotel to look into the cleanliness of their bedsheets and service at the restaurant. Overall, it was a good value for money stay for me. "

"2 stars - They do not understand well the online booking. Room was booked for 3 adults and a small mattress was provided for floor. Lot of dust in the room and bathroom was also not clean. Of course no soap or toiletries in the bathroom. Thankfully we had brought soap. They do not have any restaurant but thankfully staff was very helpful and brought dinner from outside restaurant. They need to do more to bring up the facilities at the hotel."

"The hotel was spotless and the room well appointed. Comfortable bed and great shower! The entire staff gave me amazing service. I felt like a VIP guest. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The food in the restaurant was delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back. "
