"We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again"
"We stayed for one night, arriving after 9pm. Check-in was quick and efficient. We had a pleasant stay in a family room with very comfortable beds. Although we didn’t use the dining facilities, we were greeted by the aroma of delicious food upon arrival. The free car park is a great feature, and the hotel’s location is peaceful and lovely. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. "Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! "Nice clean room, friendly staff and tasty food. It’s a long walk from the train station and taxis generally finish servicing around 7 pm latest, so it’s more convenient to drive. "

"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"Room was pristinely clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice en suite bathroom with good shower. Facilities to make a hot drink were replenished on request. Staff were friendly without being intrusive. Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area.
