This was our second time staying at Los Lagos. We love everything about this resort. Customer service, food, atmosphere, great for families. Beautiful grounds! We will be back.

Check-in was pleasant, the staff at the front desk were excellent. Room was clean, however, with a non-working shower and we had wait to get it repaired. The on-site manager was rude. The hot springs were hot and perfect for us.

The room was average. I liked the villa style, but the rooms were basic, and in the washrooms I could hear the people in the villa next to me the entire time when they were in the bathroom showering or using the toilet. No insulation as I could hear their conversations. There was lack of hot water, ...
