"We stayed as a family of four, and the staff at reception were very friendly. Check‑in was quick, and although the room was clean, the place felt more like a motel. The room was small, the sink had small cracks, and at night we could hear people walking upstairs, which isn’t great for light sleepers. Breakfast was good, and overall the service was excellent. Staff: 5/5, Room: 3.5/5."

"Staff was great. They switched our room after the original room had very stained sheets (we would have been happy with new clean sheets). Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast fare. Nice that the hot water dispenser did not taste like coffee for us tea drinkers (other hotels take note)."
