It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me.

The room was supposed to be Non smoking but smelled horrible. The cigarette smoke smell permeated the bedding, the bathroom linens, everything & staff would not do anything about it!
