Renovated property with easy access to the parking garage! Very well located! Breakfast isn't the best, other than that! I will be staying here again! I come for work to Quito! Very comfortable

El hotel es nuevo, sus habitaciones e instalaciones prácticas y su ubicación es excelente en Quito. El personal es muy amable y orientado al cliente, sobre todo Gabriel, Bryan y Carlos hacen su trabajo de manera impecable. Muchas gracias por su hospitalidad y el servicio de tan alta calidad. Para una estadía larga como la nuestra todo estuvo en general muy bien. La única sugerencia sería optimizar el desayuno, más calidad en vez de cantidad, especialmente respecto al café , que podría y debería ser una excelente propaganda del producto ecuatoriano.

No se deberia poner Tax incluidos cuando hice la reserva porque al hacer el check out me cobraron 42 dolares de impuestos, ademas yo reserve la habitación para 4 personas y las dos camas que habian eran demasiadas pequeñas como para que duerman 2 personas, pedi una cama adicional para en algo dormir mejor pero el cuarto quedó extremadamente pequeño. Conclusion: dorminos mal, estuvimos incomodos y no estuvo claro los impuestos. Si destaco la amabilidad del personal del hotel en todas sus areas. No volveria ni a la mitad del precio que pague.

Robo de Audifonos en la habitación.
Me hospede en el hotel Hampton del 06 al 10 de Noviembre, el jueves 9 de noviembre salí a reuniones de negocios y dejé en mi habitación mi Computador y unos Audifonos Open Run Shokz, modelo S803. Cuando regresé a mi habitación los audifonos no estaban, me fueron robados. Inmediatamente reporté la novedad en recepción, dijeron que iban a revisar y la única respuesta que me dieron al día siguiente que fue mi check out, es que revisaron cuantas veces habian habido ingresos a mi habitación y que no encontraron nada. Evidentemente una respuesta que carece de investigación y de esfuerzos por parte del hotel para brindarme una solución. Posteriormente solicité que me dieran un número de caso y/o un # PQRS para hacer el respectivo seguimiento ya que vivo en Colombia y me dijeron que no tenian como hacerlo, que lo único que podian hacer es darme una tarjeta donde estan los datos de contacto de un empleado del hotel, esta persona es un vendedor, ni siquiera es de seguridad o algo similar. Increíblemente este hotel no tiene un protócolo claro para dar soluciones a este tipo de situaciones, no puedes dejar con tranquilidad tus cosas en la habitación por que adicional a que se te pueden perder no hay un mecanismo de solución. Muy descepcionada de la manera como fue manejada mi situación.

Muy buen hotel, buena ubicación y buen servicio, el único inconveniente es que el desayuno se sirve hasta las 6:30 am y si necesitas salir antes no hay opciones adicionales
