"The shuttle from the airport is not direct. You have to take one shuttle to another terminal and wait there for the hotel shuttle. There are TWO Holiday Inn's nearby, so make sure you get on the right shuttle. Overall, it took me one hour from the airport to the hotel."

"The hotel was lovely, but the parking was awful. I called in advance and was told parking would be available, but the lot was full and I had a disabled passenger to drop off and pick up. Spent an hour driving around trying to find parking and ended up having to pay to park in another lot. Providing tea and at least a continental breakfast would be a nice addition."
