I was here for one night with my family. The staff was excellent particularly the front desk staff and Supun. Everyone gave us a warm welcome and answered our questions. We had a great stay at Elevate Ella Resort and Spa. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning mountain views and a very nice pool area. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.
