"We stayed here in the past, but this time it was pretty bad. First, checking in, the woman was not friendly, a bit curt. 2. The worst was the noisy bed- it made so much noise with every move, and it was pretty uncomfortable. 3. It is false advertising that there is free breakfast, nothing like we are used to every where in the US. No decaf coffee, no juices, no yogurt, no toast, no hot food except oatmeal, and the advertised sweets, was one small cake that all guests had to cut up, not sanitary...

"This is my 2nd year here for our annual family vacation to San Simeon. We love this motel! The staff is incredibly friendly and so happy to see and help you.
