"This is an ideal location for getting around. Breakfast staff were great. Check in person took so long to check us in and then gave directions we couldn’t understand. Our room was the farthest away from restaurant and lobby. We stayed two nights and no room tidying the second night. Housekeeping missed our room. When I asked about this front desk just shrugged. At $500 a night I thought they could have done more than a shrug. "

"Location is close to the San Diego Botanic Garden The train horns were unexpected as were the noisy tenants. Better than Los Bungalows but the meals at the Pasadena Hilton were outstanding. I am grateful for the free parking; the Hilton parking was. nightmare "

"Room was very well laid out and comfortable. Devy very helpful! We didn’t use any other amenities. Missed the free refillable water bottles, as our room didn’t have them! 😕 Very comfortable stay!"

"Hotel is currently going through renovation process, which is why it looks a little rundown I was able to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which look really, really nice. I think it will definitely have promise. Once renovations are complete."
