This is an old boutique hotel. Had to ask for a bellman, ice and our car from the valet several times before they responded. The breakfast burrito from room service was good. Maid service was good. The pool is just ok. The rooms are very noisy. Couldn’t sleep because of road noise, light in the room, frig running and could hear the neighbors in there room, opening there door and walking up and down the stairs. No elevators. The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful room and property. Relaxing pool with no kids. Lots of little books throughout the property to sit and hang out. Nice but very little walkable town nearby. The service was incredible — they light your fire, bring you water, and are very nice. Food is good too.

This hotel is way overpriced for what it provides. The room was spacious, however, we could any footsteps from the guests upstairs- it was extremely disruptive. Upon checkout, we were charged for consuming items from the mini bar that we did not even touch. We were there on our wedding night and didn't even have time to consume again. I would recommend staying in Del Mar for a better experience and central location.
