Very clean room. We arrived late and had to call the number to let us in. The desk clerk was doing other things and we almost called Hotels.com to cancel, but she saw us. Beds were not comfortable…hardest ones I’ve been on in a while. We also were not given shampoo. First hotel I’ve ever been to ...

The toilet was filthy and hadn't been cleaned, and the bathroom fan did not work. Just a hole in the ceiling. The room was extremely small and we had trouble moving around in it and there was just two of us.

This hotel is amazing we have now stayed here two or three times I don't remember offhand anyways beautiful hotel definitely worth the money to stay here and the restaurant food is freaking fabulous all employees throughout the entire property are amazing definitely stay here.
