Very courteous staff, clean rooms, easy access to various activities both at Grand bear and in the surrounding area. Also surprisingly quiet considering the amount of families that were there. Better Sound insulation than expected.

I could not say if the air conditioner was cold because we stayed when the weather was really cold but the heater worked very well and when I stayed there this past summer the air conditioning worked very well room was clean got fresh towels the days we stayed there staff was very friendly they did ...
