"Everything was okay. Obviously you're staying here to be close to the mountain so that is a plus. However, there were a number of things that we didn't expect.
First, we expected breakfast to be included with our stay which was listed on Expedia. Friends of ours who have stayed here in the recent past were surprised that it wasn't.
Second, we got a "mountain view" room but it's not what you expect so be prepared to be underwhelmed.
Third, parking was an absolute mess. Not only was snow not properly cleared but it was almost impossible to find a parking spot at any given point. At one point, people were parking in front of a garbage area which I guess was not allowed because a staff member kept calling me while I was on the ski lift and asked me for my license plate number even though I didn't park there.
Fourth, our room was never cleaned! We stayed here for 4 days/3 nights and not once was our room cleaned. Even after I called halfway through our trip no one came by. Not even once. I had to ask for more towels which I was asked to come get and then I had to remind staff about the towels after which they finally brought them. We ran out of body wash as well on night two.
Fifth, there were so many unattended kids all around the hotel, playing around with the elevator which made it super annoying to check in and bring our stuff up to the room from our car, and generally it was chaotic.
Ultimately, I would not recommend coming here. Really not a good experience at all."
"This place worked out wonderfully. Clean, comfortable and a great value. Location around 5 min to downtown Manchester. 20 minnto Stratton. Highly recommend "
"Shuttle if very efficient and the wait is never long to get to the slopes and village area. Great area for walks and/or with dogs. Although I was hoping for pancakes or waffles with the continental breakfast but was great nonetheless. Had dinner reservations in the village and the shuttle was the way to go on a super cold night. It’s just what you need to be comfortable. Hot tub and sauna was refreshing. I’d would deff recommend staying there again. "
"It’s an older motel…. Room needs updating with lights that work, bathroom fan, door locks are not safe with metal keys that sometimes work! Old coffee pods and sugar packets Poorly shoveled walkways and parking spots. Not salted "
