I called the day prior to let them know, they thought they may have to switch us rooms but they kept us in the same room and gave her all the pampering in the world! We were very fortunate ...

I wish mattress would be little harder, but nice clean hotel. Good location, whe we came it was 2 reservations on my name but mistake, after Expedia call lobby, problem was fixed. Overall very good experience, can definitely recommend it
