The hotel is clean. The staff is accommodating. They have a nice hot tub and an indoor pool (but that was a little small). A very nice hot and cold buffet breakfast is included - this saved us time and money. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Breakfast was wonderful. During our stay the hotel was almost full. Huge crowd in the breakfast hall. But the staff handled them nicely. Replenishing the food very quickly and they served with smile.

It’s a good location not far from the highway or Wawa (gas/food), breakfast was great as well with many options. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the room was dusty. I mean caked-on dust on the vents and a/c. I usually bring my own Lysol wipes to disinfect because my husband is high risk and can’t get sick, but the vent was disgusting. One wipe and dust was just falling off where you could pick it up with your hands. I know housekeeping can’t be that efficient but they should dust rooms during slow season. Everything else looked clean and was fine. The WiFi is very slow in the business center I ended up not being able to print what I needed.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect, 24hr coffee was clutch, and the hot tub hit the spot after a hard day of work. The only disappointments were the shower curtain rod was loss so it would constantly ride to the middle leaving a one foot gap on each side, and the bed was uncomfortable (in room 127) and it wasn't till I left that I noticed (when checking under the beds, for anything that may have been kicked under, that the "box spring type base" was broken with wood snapped and poking through. Im sure that if I had notified the front desk they would have resolved the problem, but I didn't notice till I was leaving. Overall I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel room was very nice, clean. Desk staff was very lackluster. After traveling all day, wouldn’t hurt to have a friendly check in. Also, not sure why we were charged a $50 deposit ON TOP of an almost $200 hotel room. Do better Holiday Inn.
