The staff are delightful, friendly and welcoming. This is an absolute gem of a place that we felt looked after the moment we arrived at the jetty for the boat to the island. Amazing hotel, very clean, the amenities are superb! We loved the pool on the 3rd floor, and the staff are extremely polite and friendly. We loved it and we wish the hotel and sll the staff the best. If we return to Langkawi we definitely stay here again.
