They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips. "The staff were amazing and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The sea view was amazing. But there’s two things we didn’t like about it. The hallway on the fifth floor was in terrible condition. And there’s a major issue with parking lot."

"The hotel is good, exactly as they present themselves, a 4-star. The staff is actually very friendly and nice, almost everyone. The lounge chairs on the beach and the beach bar are not all-inclusive, so keep that in mind. Also, the towels they provide are very outdated and smell after use, so you'll need to bring or buy your own beach towel."
