"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the choices ample. The location was convenient and felt safe. The shower control handle is dated and a little difficult to figure out how to adjust water temperature. One lamp did not work, the bulb would only flicker even when screwed in tightly. The deadbolt lock would not engage into the door frame."

"Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. "

They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer."

"Clean and quiet room right in the downtown area. We enjoyed the fire outside with comfy seating. The breakfast was delicious with so many options that satisfied all of our picky eaters. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of."

Drinks are not included except coffee. All you get is well they changed it ten months ago and we don’t know why they will not change the website and update it. "Staff communication was not great. Told breakfast was at 6 but then it actually was at 7. We had an early game so we were scrambling to figure where to eat. Had the staff even mentioned places that were open, that would have made all the difference in our stay. No conditioner in the shower. That should be checked after each guest. The beds were comfy though "

"Large room with 2 comfortable queen beds, and long desktop with chairs, bathtub/shiwer, small adjacent kitchen with sink, large refrigerator, microwave, and good location with view of the Ogden Temple; but we had a downstairs room and the noise from upstairs was a bit disturbing until close to midnight. It’s an older motel but priced accordingly."
