"Bathroom wasn’t cleaned; had to ask for housekeeping to come up. Someone tried to enter our room because front desk gave them keys to it. Overall, not the best experience."

"Stayed at Atlas Hotel during construction and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff were upfront, super friendly, and everything was well managed and very clean. We brought our dog and they even provided a bed and bowl, which was a great touch. The construction crew was respectful and not disruptive at all. Waterslide was a huge win for the kids. Would definitely stay again."

"Had one of the worst stays I've ever had anywhere. The furnace was broken and our room was at least 85 degrees. Windows didn't open and I didn't even get into the bed or get any sleep. Just sweating all night long. They never should have taken reservations or at check in should have refunded all money knowing how hot the rooms are and told us to go somewhere else. Completely ruined my birthday as I didn't get any sleep. The bed was soft and felt tired, old and saggy. Just awful. The bathroom...
