"The hotel is a like an appartment building with a reception at the entrance. no breakfast/bar, ... but you can find that in the same street. Rooms are nice and clean. I booked the hotel for its free shuttle but couldn't use it, because they couldn't propose decent times, altough I informed them 5 days in advance about my flight schedule. Upon arrival they told me to wait 1h30 for the shuttle, as i was late and the next day I had an early flight I took an Uber (10 minutes), as I wanted to get to bed asap. In the morning they proposed a shuttle at 6h15 or 8h30 for a flight at 9h45. Or I would have to hang out 3 hours in the airport or risk to miss my flight. So again I took a 20 € uber to get to the airport. Weird as they advertise with their free shuttle but that service is very poor."

"The reason we booked this particular hotel was because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle to and from. However the process for booking the shuttle was extremely convoluted particularly because it had to be done from messaging through the Expedia app and in the last couple of days before which was while we were traveling and so very hard to schedule. We ended up just taking a taxi back to the airport the next day because shuttles weren't available at the time we wanted to go and it was just way too much trouble. Would have been better to have just taken a taxi regardless. The actual property was clean but the check in process was also very convoluted more like an Airbnb but with terrible instructions"

"The staff is the difference! The hotel was clean and functional but the staff was extraordinary! The bellman assisted us and all of our luggage when we needed to get to our flight! The request for a late check out was instantly granted when our light was delayed. The room was fine but the blank walls were a bit “sad” as a few nice photos would be an easy addition. The breakfast buffet was typical but I liked the option of à la carte"

"For a simple, one-night stay near the airport, it was just fine. Pros: Airport shuttle was easy to arrange both coming and going (FREE!) Staff friendly, helpful. Breakfast was good, usual fresh Greek products like yogurt, bread. Shaded seating area was very pleasant in the morning. The hotel suggested we go to a large restaurant complex down by the sea, which also had a free shuttle service. and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful vista across sea with delicious food. Nice terrace outside our room (7) Cons: Rooms a little shabby, e.g., bathroom glass shelf over sink was loose and couldn't be used. Most disappointing was lack of instruction or temperature control unit for A/C, which was needed. We had to sleep with windows open and got eaten up by mosquitos! All in all, a satisfactory place to use post-/pre-flight. Would recommend for that purpose."
