We got caught up in traffic and didn't make it to the final check-in time (18:00). Luckily the hotel called us, and we were able to check-in via the phone (incl. Covid-19 paperwork). We greatly appreciated that.
The room itself was a bit old (70ties technology for the radio and alarm clock), but otherwise clean, spacious and well lit. No problems with the beds either.
The bathroom was a bit tight, but otherwise in good working condition and functional. Shower had decent pressure.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel when visiting the area for my uncles funeral. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and allocated us the most comfortable room with the best view of the promenade and the boats passing. The decor was nice, and the room was a decent size with a nice seating area to enjoy the view. The location was fantastic for local shops and restaurants. There were two choices for breakfast, served from 7-12. Upstairs in the garden room and then downstairs in Jo’s....

A perfect stay in a beautiful city, location is perfect in a quiet neighbourhood and 2 minutes walk from the number 12 bus stop which takes you into the city. The lady owner speaks very good English and is a real character with a great sense of humour and this made our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was a quality buffet with cheese, hams, salami, salmon, yoghurts, jam, breads etc. and delicious coffee. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
