Convenient location for a short visit to Reigate. Good facilities. Our 2 bar snacks in the evening turned up 20 minutes apart, but otherwise were fine.

Comfortable bed, nice warm shower and the reception lady was lovely. It was a bit noisy as there was a big party on which I wasn't aware of when I booked but to be fair to the lovely receptionist, she put me in a room as far from the noise as possible and it was very jolly sounds. Cosy, warm, safe and convenient.

Breakfast Buffet selection could have been a bit better for the hot food. Great shower but the screen was a bit small so bathroom gets a bit wet. Very friendly and helpful staff!

From minuses - The property is a bit dated. If you stay at the ground floor the parking is just through your window so can be very noisy. There is no zebra crossing on the road and no pavement on the side of the road where the hotel is so it is a bit dangerous to cross the road if you need to walk down hill (to work or to the train station). From pluses - the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room has new tea, coffee and biscuits delivered every day. The breakfast is really nice with lots of options.

We paid for a superior room with possible upgrade. We did not get a superior room until 2 nd night. The breakfast was disgraceful food awful t breakfast as they had someone who was overwhelmed and did not know what to do. We did point this out and they apologised. However we did not get any compensation for our first night. No fridges in rooms to keep anything cold. No air conditioners. The garden room is old and needs renovating badly. Curtain drapes smell old and musty. Parking is a nightmare for guests every time hotel has events. This has to be seriously resolved. Event guests should have other parking offsite.
