"The hotel was nice but older. Lota of things have been updated but also lots has been kinda patched together. This didnt bother me much. However the mattress was not great at all. I could feel everything. I feel like a topper or even a featherbed was a no brainer here. I didnt sleep well at all. Also the toilets flush ao powerfully you can hear when your neighbors flush. Also the doors to the rooms slam if you're not intentionally softly closing them. Which most dont. I hearf toilets and slammed doors all night. Because of that alone i wont stay here again. Stagf was friendly and nice. Parking was easy. "

"very friendly staff. Adequate gym equipment to get the heartrate up and break a sweat. Breakfast had a nice variety. This hotel is clean and well lit if returning later at night."

"It was a terrible experience and I checked out within an hour of checking in. I killed 2 bugs flying around my room, found mold and spider webs behind the curtains but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was a fluke thing. Then when I went to shower, I found a tick type bug on the floor and was done. I tried to check out and while the hotel staff was nice, Expedia was ultimately no help in getting me a refund."

"The place was great overall. The restroom could have used a slight update. The tile floor seemed a bit loose like it could give out over time it not fixed. Breakfast in the morning was good and room was spacious for the 3 of us. Would stay here again for our next Round Rock trip"

"The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! "

"I waited approximately an hour and a half for assistance from the desk clerk, as the office was closed at the time. Due to the delay, I was charged for two nights and ultimately had to extend my stay unnecessarily. Upon entering the room, I discovered bed bugs on the bed, which made the accommodations unusable. As a result, I had to shower and sleep in my car for the night. Additionally, the morning staff was unprofessional and unhelpful when I raised these concerns."
