"Folgende Mängel sind zu beanstanden:
- Rezeption nicht wie angegeben von 11 Uhr bis 21:30 Uhr besetzt. Wir standen immer wieder vor verschlossener Tür oder versuchten Sie telefonisch zu erreichen, oftmals ohne Erfolg.
- Leere Bierflaschen/ Dosen im Schrank bei Ankunft
- Keine Duschtücher, erst nach mehrfachen Bitten, dann nur eins für 2 Personen für die ersten und letzten zwei Tage
- Kaffee/ und Tassen nur nach mehrmaligen Beanstandung aufgefüllt ebenso nicht...
