"This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! "I want to personally say that the wonderful woman at the front desk. I cannot remember her name but she was so wonderful to me throughout my stay. I personally witnessed a woman verbally abusing her at that front desk. Another guest and this woman handled that situation with utmost respect and restraint. I myself was getting an anxiety attack and had to leave the situation. She was very attentive to all the guests. If you requested anything she responded immediately. My room was a new renovated...

"Loved the keyless check in! Made it so stress free. Room was so beach themed it felt like vacation, as it should, most hotels do very little in this area. Rooms were also updated. "The room was nice, But no blackout shades very bright at night, the mini fridge was super loud and froze everything we had in it, The Hair dryer was broken but they supplied us with another one and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, It had excellent parking and it was convenient for the hiking we were doing in the area."

"Very expensive for an outdated, no amenities and very limited breakfast bar with expired milk. Very good location and friendly staff. Room was not very clean. Had a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The elastic in the sheets was worn from being old and wouldn’t stay on the king-size bed. Not sure I would go back to this hotel."
