There is no reception so any problems and you have to send a WhatsApp. They were very slow at responding to us when the locker at the entrance malfunctioned and our bag was trapped inside. In fact there was no response at all from the Spanish WhatsApp number and so we tried a German one. They replied and assured us that someone would help in 5 to 10 minutes. "Really please with our whole experience. We got a deal for a night free which made the apartment more affordablemoverall fornour stay. It is excellently located - especially for the Easter Semana Santa celebrations, beach and transport with many fabulous amenities on the door step too. The online check in service prior to arrival was super smooth and the staff were great at responding to any questions. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Valencia as was a little home.away from home! "

"Personale super disponibile in tutto e location perfetta per muoversi ovunque. Unica pecca lo scarico del lavandino della cucina che ahimè non sono riusciti a sistemare e che purtroppo si riempiva per poi svuotarsi molto molto lentamente. Il bagno infine non rispecchia lo stato del resto dell’appartamento e onestamente andrebbe un attimo sistemato. Per il resto il soggiorno è stato perfetto e piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista."
