Excellent hotel to relax, and if you play golf it is ideal, but you do need a car if you wish to visit any of the 'sights' on the island. Great setting, excellent rooms, staff all well trained and all provide a 5 star service. Ignore the whinging 'reviews' who complain about the prices, or trivia. This is a quality 5 star hotel in a wonderful setting - it isn't Butlins, Center Parcs, or McDonalds - so if you have noisy demanding sprogs - leave them at home.

We'd go back to Sicily just to stay here again. Loved it!! The welcome was wonderful, the rooms are charming, romantic, fun and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner at the restaurant was 5 star. What a location to! The views out over land and see from the balconies (including roof top) are a show stopper in themselves but the town is also beautiful with every corner giving another wow moment of classic Sicily. Affordable luxury. If you get the chance, go. Thank you!

First rate experience. The staff could not have been more helpful, kind, attentive and welcoming. The room was most comfortable with good facilities including newly refurbished bathroom. Balcony with view of the park opposite was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked eggs to order and a wide range of foods, regularly replenished. Limited on street parking. Central location. Delightful all round. Recommended!

Staff were very helpful, welcoming, and accommodating of our toddler. Room (Grecale, Superior Plus with terrace overlooking vineyards) was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean (if bed a little soft for my personal taste). Pool area lovely for a sundowner glass of home-produced wine. Communal spaces very relaxing and stylishly decorated. Breakfast was lovely, fresh, home made cakes. We thought a lot of effort had gone into the design of the hotel, rooms and what it provided. The staff were polite, with a shout out to the chef who engaged with everyone to ensure any dietry requirements were met, the breakfast was fantastic. The pool was big and deep enough to swim. The location was good, close to a cookery class and the Turkish stairs. The only gripe would be that the pool did not open (until 9), after breakfast.

MASSERIA DEL CARBOJ was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. The setting is beautiful, with a fantastic pool area and stunning views over the vineyards. The stay was excellent tip top friendly staff and very efficient. Marilena is a very welcoming person she spared her time to have a little talk about the village and the culture. She is a very nice lady. The location is central parking is available near by the Via Eleonora D'Aragona and it's free of charge. Local council needs to revive the village as all the attractions are being lost and it's a pity. Loved the tranquility and the rawness of the village.

Lovely B&B within walking distance (1 km) of the entrance to the Valley of the Temples. Good modern rooms and an excellent breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with plenty of ideas on where to visit etc Good restaurant right next to the B&B Very happy to recommend

La struttura è situata a pochi passa dalla.famosa Scala dei Turchi. La nostra camera per due era situata al piano terra, nonostante fosse fronte strada, non si sentivano rumori o fastidi. La colazione servita in terrazza con una vista stupenda. Il must della struttura è il proprietario gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile. Noi ci siamo stati due notti, ma sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Lo consigliamo👍👍👍
