"We pulled up and were disappointed in how poorly maintained the outside looked. Lobby was dark. We did not even check in and when I called hotels.com to share our experience, our agent couldn’t even get them to answer the phone. I don’t mind simple and cheap. This was something different."

"We found the lobby to be very nice. The pool and hot tub area were nice and the staff was nice too. However Our son’s room had multiple problems. It was a pet friendly room and smelled very bad. It was $40 per night for the pet fee but I don’t know that the money is used to help with the room after ..."
