I like how the elevators are secure. You have to use your room key to use the elevators. That's a good a security measure.

Despite knowing that I was there for the conference all week, with me even having to come out of a workshop to take a call with management about the issue) they hemmed and hauled until changing the rate for the first two nights, but not the more expensive last couple of nights… So I was still grossley misled and overcharged..
