"Heel rustig gelegen, de eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het enige minpunt is dat er geen ontbijtbuffet was zoals op de foto's te zien. Iedere morgen kregen we 1 croissant opgevuld met marmelade en een klein chocoladekoekje. Er was koffie, water en een brikje fruitsap. Met een meer gevarieerd ontbijt gaf ik zeker 10 op 10."

"Run-down hotel. The pool needs to be looked after, the food was horrible, and the room had a kitchen but absolutely nothing in it - no utensils, pots and pots or plates. The breakfast and dinner is served in the hotel lobby. There are holes in the wall on the balcony, the trash was overflowing in the communal bins and the room was SO hot because the air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cold."

"Loved the room, beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was wonderful. Totally recommend this hotel. The property was well maintained. Quiet as well."

"This was a great hotel! The staff were very welcoming, the rooms were well designed and super clean and the location was excellent."

"We have been 5 days in this hotel and we loved our stay there. Our room was clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was free and delicious. We would definitely stay there again."

With a couple of small touches, it would have been excellent. For example, it sleeps four, but there is only a two person table and chairs outside which was a struggle to eat from. The cleaning was great, but a dust pan and brush would have helped us keep it tidy during our stay in between cleans. Inclusion of basics, such as salt and...

"Perfect. Beautiful room. Lovely property. Gracious hosts especially when my Italian and my English were terrible from tiredness. Wonderful food."

"It was a great experience staying there. Friendly, and very clean."

"Sehr schöner Urlaub!"

"Very Historic, Quaint and unique."

"Det sketnaste land jag varit i på länge. Allt eftersatt tycks på väg mot ruin inget att satsa på tyvärr."

"I loved staying at this establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"Had a great experience during our stay. Property owner was in constant communication with me to make sure our stay was going well. Great location, very clean and plenty of space for our family. Highly recommend if you are planning on staying in Delia. "

"Pulizia eccellente. C e tutto persino la lavatrice. . mancherebbe solo il forno a microonde .camera con bagno molto moderna e funzionale "

"This hotel was great value for what it is. The room and bathroom were big, there was a balcony and a sea view and we could see Castello Falconara from it. No complaints - it just feels a little tired, but I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in the area and you don’t need luxury."

"Clean rooms and excellent staff"

"Very comfortable and Lucia is a great host. Nice breakfasts. "
