2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Nešvari nakvynė

Labai nešvarus, užleistas vonios kambarys, kambaryje ant naktinio staliuko nešvietė lempos, užuolaidos nežinia kada skalbtos, langas iš viso šiais metais tikriausiai nevalytas, šaldytuvas, buvo nešvarus ir neveikė. Gelbėjo viena, labai arti oro uosto, bet kitą kartą šio viešbučio nesirinkčiau ir už veltui.

Misleading info

Information about the existence of the pool is misleading. This hotel does not have a swimming pool.

No what we expectet

We didn't enjoy our stay. The room wasn't the way we expectet. It had a bad smell. Think it was the carpet. The matress on the bed was dirty. And the extra bed (15€/night) was broken. And overall the whole room seemd dirty and very bad maintaind. We book the room becauce there was suppose to be a pool and we could go swimming. That has not been working for many years now. Why advertise pool when ther isn't one. Breakfast was ok, only everthing was finished all the time. Not good hotel by Finnish point of wiew.

Familj i Riga

Kotoisa hotelli

Tämä hotelli on kuin "kotiin tulisi". Usein olen täällä sen yhden tarvittavan yön viettänyt läpikulkumatkalla. Ei mitään ylimääräistä. Kaikki toimii. Hinta-laatu suhde on kohdillaan. Kiva ja koiraystävällinen hotelli.
