Clean, comfortable, pleasant stay
"Our stay at citybox Antwerp was nothing short of exceptional. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean, enough blankets and towels. The lobby had a well equipped kitchen..all in all great experience"

"Loved the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the beds were sooo comfortable. Our daughter loved the swing on the terrace."

Really poor customer service
"Asked for a coffee maker 4x but because it was a standard room it was not available even though hotels.com has a coffee maker in the description on a standard room."
