"Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! "This is a tough one as there were a lot of good things but overall I had to rate it a 3 star. It is not really by the sea, not sure where all the photos of the sea being directly out the window or patio were taken, but our room was facing the town streets, and buildings. It was very loud until about 2am. They charge for for using the coffee machine, which I have never seen anywhere, at any stay and for the price of the room that seems crazy. There are sooo many stairs so not for a lot of luggage or any impairment. Hard to find but they do send very detailed instructions. Could not accommodate an early check in. Plants on patio pretty dead, none in room like pictures show, just a box of dirt. Cool esthetic, comfy bed and fantastic pillows. Easy to communicate through what's app."
