"We stayed with our pet for one night in a two double bed room. The room was spacious. The hotel looks tired; however, we were greeted warmly by the front staff who checked us in. The hotel is old, but clean. The room was very clean with old furniture. The bed was a bit soft for me, but comfortable. Linens smelled fresh and clean. "Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "

The tower says entrance but there's no front desk. Once we found the front desk, we were then confused by the hotel staff with what was supposed to be an "upgrade" to our account.
