"Airport Shuttle from airport is well marked; by a pillar with a digital clock! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing! Our room had a separate bedroom, kitchenette and living room. The washroom was huge with soaking tub and a walk-in shower; wish we stayed more than one night! The restaurant food was so lovely, well presented. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. I highly recommend this property."

"The location cannot be beat! Best location for V&A waterfront - we stayed 5 nights. Staff are incredibly welcoming. Nice restaurant/bar and lobby. Hop On/Off bus Stop #2 is right across from the main door. Rooms are clean; lots of space for unpacking. The bathroom is part of the decor/ style of the room, but suggest some shelving for toilettries which could easily be installed under the vanity and one is needed in the shower. The door to the washroom is opaque and has a gap between opaque glass...
