"Avoid this hotel. I had a terrible experience here. My Bose earphones were stolen from my room, and they were not left out in the open — they were buried inside my fanny pack, which was inside my duffel bag. Someone clearly went through my personal belongings. I also found my things shuffled around in a way that made it obvious my bag had been opened. "An absolute gem of a hotel right in the heart of the "old town" area near Kloof Street. Beautiful colonial style design with fantastic local artwork throughout, amazing (cool) pool, honesty bar, secure on street parking (security watchmen at all times) and the most amazing helpful staff I've ever had at a hotel - emails and information on things to do, restaurants etc was outstanding. A really brilliant hotel in every way!"
