DoubleTree by Hilton Rochester
This property needs an entire makeover. Carpets were torn and filthy in the elevators. Hallway floor carpets were not cleaned. Room refrigerator was barely working. Wood surfaces were peeling. It rained while we were there and the lobby had three buckets to catch leaks. Cannot believe this is branded ...
