The room was not clean. The front desk staff was disinterested in being helpful. The elevator wasn’t working and no one seemed to care. Only half the showerhead was working and bathroom tile was missing. Simply not a normal high-quality Hyatt experience. More like what I would expect from a budget hotel.

The electrical outlet plugs in the room were worn out. Most would not hold a plug. Plug in their hair dryer or the brick to charge my phone and it would just drop out of the socket. Frustrating and especially in the bathroom NOT SAFE. The room was worn but meticulously clean.
