"The staff here are so accommodating. They contacted me prior to the trip to help ensure we had airport transportation. We were easily able to communicate. The front desk staff were lovely and speak English. They also helped us call taxis during our stay. The room was very nice with our own private patio. There is daily room cleaning. The included breakfast buffet had a nice selection. The hotel is located in a central area in the Sassi. We were able to walk to most places."

"Loved this hotel. Arrival was warm, welcoming and we had a lovely welcome drink. We then went to our room (room 8, a superior double). It was absolutely stunning. We had 3 balconies with magnificent views over the caves. Breakfast was within a cave (our room wasn’t - although was still sandstone and beautiful, without the damp issues of being in a cave!) - with a lovely choice including ample gluten free options. "Each of the four suites are beautifully designed and decorated—maintaining the original structure of each space. Staff are courteous and friendly and helpful in places to go and visit as well as restaurant recommendations and reservations. The bed is very comfortable with luxurious linens.
