Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :) Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

It was a hidden gem. We felt like living at home. The staff, all of them were so polite and friendly. We came out very happy.

Great hotel - clean spacious room with great amenities! Also an excellent breakfast. Good options for restaurants - the Armenian is highly recommended.

Excellent three night stay

The Waldorf Astoria is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at... It is stunning and for travellers who want luxury, convenience and an unforgettable stay, this is the place. The hotel oozes quality. The staff are fantastic, the rooms (we were upgraded to a suite) are beautiful, spacious and clean. The facilities, including restaurant and pool are also excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would not stay anywhere else in Cairo - by far the best hotel for miles around....

Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive. I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it.

I visited from the UK recently with my daughter. Very nice hotel rooms are clean and comfortable nicely stocked beverages tea coffee etc with fresh water everyday in our room. The SPA facilities are very good and free. Good money exchange although note if your travelling from the UK the machine does not take the new £10 notes Nice restaurants in the Hotel, food is priced the same as London and not local price. The check-in at 1am was very smooth and the guy at the desk was so processional, welcoming and smiling. We were given a room with Nile view on the 15th floor which was really nice. The whole stay got off to a horrible , when HOTELOPIA failed to make a reservation, meaning that the hotel did know about us. We stayed just one night in between flights and was super convenient. They picked us up with a shuttle and dropped us back. The restaurant was opened until late and the staff were really kind. The room was comfortable and good conditions.
