"Reception, bar and restaurant Staff were brilliant. Generally rooms were clean. Mattress cover was covered with hair. Shower clogged with lots of hair. Family friendly hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast limited choice but was decent. Close to motorway with easy access about 1 hr to calais"
