Location This hotel is situated just outside Moshi - about a 10-minute taxi ride costing 10,000 - 15,000 Shilling. There isn't much outside the actual hotel grounds so if you want the town aspect or want more places to eat you will need to visit Moshi. Hotel The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Primeland is a small first class boutique hotel and highly recommended. Its 3 star rating belies its quality. The only drawback is that the very clean standard double rooms, although very well appointed, are small.  This can easily be overcome by booking a twin room (for a few pounds more) and requesting the removal of the single bed. The breakfast is limited but quite adequate and the lunch / dinner menu extensive for the size of the hotel.  The grilled Nile Perch is highly recommended as is...

It was very cozy place, feels like you're staying with a friendly family but at the same time the rooms look like standard hotel rooms with nice bathrooms!!
