"Great location. The receptionists were so welcoming. The room, the shower, everything was excellent. I’ve been to Rome a few times, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at for this location and overall experience. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely come back."

"The gym area is not air conditioned so time your workout accordingly. The toilet in our room was emitting sewer gases. It was fine as long as we kept the bathroom door closed but it was not very pleasant to be in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood had some great restaurants and was an easy walk to the colosseum and Roman Forum."

"First it’s better I’m writing this than my husband. It was a bit difficult to find. Our car transport couldn’t get to the address so we were dropped off at corner and we walked our luggage to an open padlocked door with an open room with small stairs and tiny elevator. I took elevator to the next floor with luggage unknowingly and my husband climbed the stairs, to another door, padlocked but open. We had a friendly check in and our room was right there by the desk, which was quite convenient because I’m not sure where any other rooms were. We started to feel like it was an unknown speakeasy! Our room was spacious, for Europe and clean. Staff was very helpful and we were connected after 3pm by WhatsApp no other staff was onsite, unless unseen. After hitting the streets we tried to get back into the hotel with difficulties almost every time with the padlocks. Standing outside the main entrance late we found ourselves fighting with padlock entrances over and over again almost every time and with both of us trying to get the locks to work just to get inside! This was quite frustrating after days of sightseeing. In the mornings staff was at your door asking if you needed anything and helpful. It was an adventure!"

"The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The overall experience was great. The area around the property is great. Plenty of shops and places to get food within a 5-10 minute walk. The WiFi in the building was a little hit and miss depending on how people are on it. Overall I highly recommend staying here."

"The Hotel ARTEMIDE is excellent! This is our second time staying there. The staff is superb! They are extremely helpful, professional and pleasant. The breakfast is wonderful and the rooftop restaurant and bar are pleasant and terrific food and drinks! The location is in the heart of the city center of Rome and within walking distance to all the major sites. We highly recommend Hotel Artemide in Rome."

"I only had one night in Rome and UNA did not disappoint. The location is fantastic and a good central point in Trastevere for great sightseeing. There was a bit of a delay getting my room on time but the staff were so lovely, and bought me a cocktail on their rooftop patio while I waited. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the views from the rooftop are amazing!"

"The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were clean. There is technically no front desk, which was a bit strange and no number to call if there was an issue. We did have the power go out in the hotel for a couple of hours.. luckily it was around dinner time so we stayed out a bit longer. Staff was nice, but I would try a different hotel if I returned to Rome."
