"The room was very clean and had a nice bathroom with good AC. The shared kitchen was also very useful when making dinners some nights. The only issue I encountered was learning how to use my keys as there was no information given and the front door was quite difficult to unlock, but when I called reception they were very helpful and always helped right away. The area is also great in Bologna I felt very safe and it was next to the metro stop which made it very easy to get around."
