We had a lovely stay at Boutique Marco Polo! It is very conveniently located near Roma Termini, the room we stayed in was clean and nice, you can tell it was newly renovated. The staff were very nice and helpful and the air conditioning was amazing after a day of walking around Rome. They cleaned the room and provided fresh towels every day of our stay. 10/10 would stay there again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was spacious, modern and nicely decorated, but a horrid odour from the shower drain ruined the whole experience. After closing the bathroom door and opening every window in the bedroom the scent did dissipate, but showering or using the bathroom was an unpleasant experience. We were happy to only be staying one night.
There is one very small elevator for the building, and the hotel check-in is located on the 3rd floor. Two adults with two small suitcases barely fit inside. If you are a large group, or someone with limited mobility, it may take some time to get in and out.
Can’t beat location for proximity to Termini station, and staff were friendly and accommodating.
Room was very clean and recently renovated. In addition to the room’s bathroom, there was another in the hallway, which was useful. Hotel’s location was good- very close to the Roma Termini station.
Breakfast was basic. Not sure if it was worth €10.
Poor soundproofing allowed sounds to travel, especially plumbing noises. That definitely detracted from the experience.
Nice and new renovated rooms. We were lucky enough to be able to check in one hour early, tho initially told this was not possible. I also lost my jacket at reception, which the staff were kind enough to hold onto and return to me.
The property does has an elevator. But you can barely fit one person and luggage. The reception is on level 3 and rooms level 4.
Also I would advise against using a car service through the hotel. We stayed there as it was close to our coming and going by train. We arrived from Tuscany by train and were then going on to the airport the next day. I enquired about a taxi for the morning and was recommended a superior car service at €65. I booked the service. However the car was late next day, and in spite of calling the service numerous times and attempt from staff the car didn’t arrive. It turned into quite stressful morning and barely making our flight. This is by no means the hotels fault, But the Rome traffic is crazy. Make sure to have plenty of time with a taxi or take the train. The Leonardo express is leaving every 15th minute.
Posizione molto favorevole, stanze completamente ristrutturate e in ordine con Nespresso e bollitore. Colazione limitata ma ci sono ottimi bar in zona.
