Emplacement asser bien dans le centre de Rome, asser proche de tout et accès au métro/bus/train très facilement (1/2 minutes de marche). Mauvaise insonorisation.

If you want to get mugged then this is your hotel. Your safe once you're inside but getting inside is dependent on pressing an intercom button and by the time they answer you've literally lost your mobile phone and wallet. Room was very basic and in poor condition. Staff were helpful in finding me a hospital to get my injured hand looked at after the mugging.

The hotel's indoor air smelled unpleasant and I got some flu like symptoms from that. To hear all the traffic and people yelling outside was the worst part. The windows didn't isolate any of those sounds and I had to sleep with earplugs. Most members of the staff were quite friendly, even though they didn't know English very well.

The heating in the room was not working; we did not have duvets, and we were provided only with a blanket. When we reported the problem to the reception, we were told engender will fix it for the second night but this did not happen. The receptionist claimed there was nothing wrong with the heating and disregard our claim. Unfortunately, at the time when we were in Tome it was 0 degrees outside and we had to sleep with clothes and use our coats for cover. Dreadful experience

Personal súper amable. Habitación limpia y cómoda, el wifi no funcionaba bien, y la ducha para agua caliente había que esperar mucho, pero bueno salía caliente. Lo más feo a destacar es la zona en la que está, mendigos, sucio, palabras del personal, gente peligrosa, a pesar de ello, en ningún momento tuvimos un susto, solo miraban, pero si eso, caminar rápido y no hacer caso a nadie.

Gute Lage - tipp topp - klare Empfehlung
Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und haben es sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer war perfekt!!! Ganz oben, Eckzimmer, 2 Balkone. Frühstück war okay, mit sehr leckerem Kaffee. Liegt ideal in der Nähe zum Bahnhof. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles Sehenswerte sehr gut. Klare Empfehlung!

Please note this is more of a pension than a hotel. it is in a shared building with two floors (5th and 6th) I did not know you had to leave the key room each time you leave the hotel. As for the area, it is very convenient literally one block away from Termini. There’s restaurants everywhere so that’s good. But is not the cleanest safest place in Rome

Horrible bedroom and bathroom. No air conditioning so spent miserable 2 nights. They lie and tell you that the AC has been shut down by the city of Rome. We moved to another hotel and no problems whatsoever over there. Do not stay at this hotel Concorde in Rome. No soap in the bathroom either.

Découverte d’un hôtel au 5ème et 6ème étage. La réception est très petite mais la chambre tout à fait correcte. Nous avions une terrasse agréable sauf les odeurs des ventilations. Mais heureux d’être près de tout à un prix raisonnable.

The providers had a dog which we lent down to pat, but lunged and growled at us. Not a great welcome. There wasnt much option for breakfast, squash was to strong to drink, and staff member couldnt understand when trying to ask for teabags. Staff on the reception were friendly and helpful.

It was quite practical to have the train and bus station next to the hotel. However, the room does not correspond to what you see on the pictures. Moreover, the bed and pillows were hard, the bed sheets were dirty, the toilet flush did not work (we had to fill the garbage bin with water in order to flush), the temperature of the air conditioning could not be controlled and the neighbourhood was sketchy. It was also obligatory to leave the keys at the reception every time you leave the hotel which was quite weird.

Propensity located near all public transports you need to get around Rom. You can also walk to popular sites like Colosseums, Foro Romano, Trevi Fountain etc. Within 20 minutes walk. Try a Metro from Termini only a few stations to get to Vatican. Plenty of restaurants around to dine or grab a quick lunch. Area is safe though it didn’t look like at first impression, because it is near the train station. Getting here from or to airport is very convenient with bus or train. Staffs are very friendly and don’t skip the complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again every time we come here.

The location was perfect, a stone's throw from the station and walkable from all the main sites, only 20 mins from the Colosseum. The room was clean and the shower was good. The rooms are on 5th floor and there is one lift but it all works fineand wewould stay here again. Coffee and breakfast were also decent.

Very basic hotel, room badly in need of re-decorating. No fridge in room and tiny shower. Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to train and bus station, supermarket and resturants.
