Conveniently located near Roma Central train station, room was nice, adequate services, clean & comfortable bed, check-in was simple, staff were nice, first floor location, tiny elevator on-site BUT 3 keys and a room card to enter your room, communication via Whatsapp was poor, wi-fi was terrible, seperate communal kitchen and courtyard terrace accessible and stocked with the basics.

This spot was centrally located, making it very easy to arrive via train and get to most landmarks by foot. It was clean and felt safe. I honestly anticipated higher value based on the cost compared to other spots nearby. The staff was very kind, but not always quickly responsive. I anticipated it being more like a hotel than a shared home. It was a nice spot with nothing wrong, but I think I could’ve found something similar for a cheaper cost.

The location was very good, and transportation was very convenient. The room was clean, and the bed sheets and everything else were very clean. However, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. There was almost no internet connection inside the room. It only worked when I went out into the hallway.
